Depth
I only seek light,
Light-weighted thrills- the laugh, the joy in simple things to cherish the best moments,
But, God takes me to the hard walks of life-
Takes me to the rock-bottom- the dark place in darkened phase in a dark cave where heavens fears to trade, but within; there is a crack from where light and hope enters,
I seek light, but, God gives me depth,
And, I have no regret,
Because, what I receive is what many lack,
The depth of understanding!
The transgressed wisdom that God prepares me to give each time!
I am habituated to every fall-
For every season of fall-I leave my old leafs from deep-rooted branches of self,
For every season of autumn-new thoughts are born in the air of freshness,
For every spring-a new flower blooms-
The old ones drifting away,
Withering away in the cold odd wind,
For every rainy season, I cry when nobody sees-
Every drop ignites fire in the rain,
Sparks blaze in the dazzled rain drops,
For every winter- I freeze the warmth I have inside me,
I hide what I own and show what you want to perceive of me- my survival tactics in the rude weather,
So crude,
So cruel, Isn't it?!
In the summer, the hide and seek is over,
For what I seek is already mine,
God has engraved it within me- deep in my soul!
The depth that can't be erased so easily,
Nor can stay on surface level for it is dug too deep!
Eerily familiar beatles beating on their beats in the mimicking garden of Eden!
Eve is chanting your name in the unknown lane- a plane so unparallel,
So ethereal!
So, now I will ask my heart if she can bear more wounds and woes?
I will let her decide for she has seen the depth of sorrows!
