Love-Politics
I thought you loved me,
But, I was just your another expedition,
You held me like a colony of an empire,
And, took me for granted, denied my freedom,
Captured me in the illusion of love which was a cage, Captivated me there,
So, I became rebellious,
I declared my independence,
I broke free from the interventions,
You acted like an imperialist,
So, I broke the establishment, cut all ties just to be 'me'!
In the imperialism of love and confluence,
There was only delusion that needed to be dissolved,
Love had been displaced, Hate took in charge,
The capital of affection was eroded with the 'Trojan Horse'- that was your ego,
And, the currency of love lost its spark,
It spoke no language of love instead it stole-
It stole me from myself,
My beliefs, culture, and wisdom,
It stole my identity,
And, made me a diaspora in my own land,
Migration was evident as you became my foe,
The alliance broke,
You were never my ally,
But manipulated, told thousands of lies,
In this 'Love-Politics' no one is a winner,
You stay happy in your own territory and me in mine and let me write my own story without your influence or hegemonic presence.
No civilization could flourish from this tug of war,
As two individuals were broken from inside and out.
Better not the continuation as it could suffer lifelong,
The discord in civilians could result in a permanent 'Clash of Civilizations '- a ticking Timebomb!
No diplomacy could save it,
Nor would any meddling end the war,
A permanent sanction is uphold between you and me,
You became the dupe United States, I became the cold Russia,
No multi-polarities could dismantle nor could unite us together.
Well, babe, how does it feel when I took back my power?!
How does it feel?!
